Subscription Terms

Save 10% on every 4th successful subscription delivery of your pet's favourite raw food.

How It Works

Choose your delivery frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) and we'll automatically send your order on schedule. You'll be charged when each order is processed. Every 4th successful delivery automatically receives a 10% discount.

Subscription Discount

Your 4th, 8th, 12th (and every subsequent 4th) successful subscription delivery will automatically receive a 10% discount. This discount is applied at checkout and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Cancellation & Changes

You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

Pricing

Subscription prices are subject to change.  Your 10% discount on every 4th order will continue regardless of price changes.

Delivery Schedule

Subscriptions ship according to your chosen frequency. You can skip a delivery or adjust your schedule as needed. Skipped deliveries do not count towards your 4th order discount. All subscription orders qualify for our standard delivery terms.

Payment

Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment. If payment fails, we'll notify you and pause your subscription until payment is updated. Failed payments do not count towards your discount eligibility.

Product Freshness

All raw food is frozen and shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain freshness. Please ensure proper storage upon delivery.
